who I work with

If anxiety, trauma or chronic stress are shaping your inner world more than you would like therapy can help you begin to reset.

My approach blends evidence-based modalities to understand and move beyond the “why” to focus on the “how” of feeling better.

Many of the people I work with recognize themselves in at least three of the patterns below:

  • Resilient and have spent years in survival mode

  • Self-aware and has a harsh inner critic

  • Sensitive and overstimulated easily

  • Capable and stuck in old, unhelpful patterns

  • Driven and lacking focus or self-belief

  • Adaptive and hesitating to put themselves first

  • Deep-feeling and emotionally drained

  • Insightful and overwhelmed with thoughts

  • Careful and overthinking every decision

  • Empathetic and living with unmet needs

  • Intuitive and struggling to trust their wisdom

  • Strong and having a hard time with boundaries

you deserve therapy that leads to progress. not endless processing. not surface-level advice. but deeper understandings and skills that actually help you live your best life. healing can happen for you.

  • Supportive. Focused. Calm. Therapy can be one of the few places in life where you don’t have to hold everything together.

Our work offers space to slow down, reflect, and begin understanding the experiences and responses that have been shaping how you think, feel, and move through life.

From there, we focus on meaningful change — supporting the nervous system, developing practical tools to practice outside of session, and gently retraining the mind so old survival habits no longer feel necessary.

Over time, many clients notice they feel calmer, clearer, and more able to move through life with intention rather than overwhelm.

You were meant to live a life that genuinely feels good. Let’s work towards it together.

  • PTSD Trauma & Anxiety Therapy

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). Before starting my private practice, I worked in treatment settings including a partial hospitalization program (PHP) , an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and a community clinic.

These experiences provided the opportunity to support clients with a wide range of needs and deepened my understanding of how anxiety, trauma, and chronic stress affect daily life.

  • PTSD, Trauma & Anxiety Therapy

No two people arrive in therapy with the same story. One person may feel stuck in patterns of overthinking and rumination, while another feels emotionally overwhelmed, struggles with perfectionism, or feels exhausted from burnout. For many people, anxiety, chronic stress, or relationship patterns can also be connected to unresolved trauma or difficult childhood experiences.

Therapy should not be one-size-fits all.

As a trauma-informed therapist, my approach draws from several evidence-based modalities that are thoughtfully blended to support your individual needs and goals. Our work together may incorporate:

    • EMDR
    • Brainspotting
    • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
    • Nervous System Regulation
    • Solution Focused Brief Therapy
    • Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

These approaches help clients process trauma, calm the nervous system, and create meaningful, lasting change.

  • UPCOMING RESOURCES

Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful, resilient, self-aware and high-functioning women.

I’m currently developing supportive resources and courses designed to help women better understand the connection between lifestyle, hormonal health, and mental health.

In my ongoing research, I’m especially interested in how hormonal shifts and conditions can impact mood, stress, and emotional regulation. This includes areas such as PMDD, PCOS, Lipedema, Perimenopause, Menopause, and the Prenatal and Postpartum periods.

My goal is to create thoughtful, evidence-informed resources that support women both inside and outside of therapy.
