I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with experience across a range of treatment settings, including partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) program settings. This work shaped my approach to trauma, anxiety, and chronic stress: grounded, thoughtful, and focused on helping clients navigate life with more clarity, ease, and resilience.

Some sessions may be more reflective and insight-oriented. Others may focus on helping you regulate your nervous system, process trauma, or build practical skills to navigate emotions, relationships, and daily stress more effectively.
I draw from a range of approaches depending on what will be most supportive, while keeping our work grounded, steady, and collaborative.
There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—we simply begin where you are.

Many of the women I work with are thoughtful, resilient, and high-functioning.
I’m currently developing supportive resources and courses designed to help women better understand the connections between lifestyle, hormonal health, and mental wellbeing.
My ongoing research focuses on how hormonal shifts and conditions—such as PMDD, PCOS, Lipedema, perimenopause, menopause, and the prenatal and postpartum periods—can influence mood, stress, and emotional regulation.
My goal is to create evidence-informed, thoughtfully designed resources that supports them both inside and outside of therapy.
